"I have to give this review because you almost hire some really good-hearted people! I didn't get this lady's name but she had blue eyelashes and blonde hair, she saw me and my daughter out doing doordash and I was delivering to the house right next to the business, as we were going to our car she gave us $20 that was a huge blessing to me as I was struggling to get orders that day! "My mother recently moved here to Lenoir City and got this insurance. After this location not refunding her and her having to dispute with her bank another charge even after she already paid for the month of July, and after the Bloomington IL location not refunding her also and telling her she had a check coming in the mail for some kind of credit but she never got it, I will be looking for a different car insurance for her. This experience has been bs and people lying and charging for no reason. Companies need to stop being greedy and only want $ and do right by a customer instead."
