I began my career with State Farm in 1993 as a claim adjuster in Cookeville, TN. I worked across Tennessee in claims until I opened my agency in 2001. I enjoy helping people, and with my claims background, myself and my team go above and beyond to make sure every customer receives remarkable service.

Our business philosophy is to make sure you understand your insurance coverages, to protect any gaps and be effective at managing the risks of everyday life. We strive to make every experience with us a meaningful one. I am always available to my customers, and give out my personal cell phone to all, so I am personally available in case of an emergency situation.

While we enjoy insuring our neighbors in Lenoir City, Loudon, Tellico Village, Farragut, and surrounding counties, we have customers that are all over the state of Tennessee. We offer automobile insurance, homeowner insurance including condominium and renters insurance, commercial insurance, life, health insurance and financial products.
